This website provides B2B information about product programs and services and offers a way to begin a commercial discussion with APS Consumer Goods LLC. It is not a consumer storefront.
Representative product and packaging visuals
Some product, bottle, closure, packaging, retail-pack and load-planning visuals are representative examples or prototype configurations. They do not guarantee final component availability, construction, artwork, quantity or performance.
Project inquiries are not binding orders
Submitting a form does not create a binding order, quotation, production approval, manufacturing commitment or capacity reservation. Formula feasibility, packaging compatibility, minimum order quantity, price, lead time, documentation, testing requirements and production capacity are confirmed for each approved project.
Company and project responsibilities
APS Consumer Goods LLC and APS Packaging Türkiye are separate legal entities. For an approved project, production and packaging may be coordinated with APS Packaging Türkiye while APS Consumer Goods LLC manages U.S. commercial and project communication.
Freight booking, customs clearance and downstream delivery responsibilities are defined separately among the applicable buyer, broker, carrier or shipment partner and other project parties.
Trademarks and references
Brand, customer and reference names and logos remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not transfer any trademark right or create an endorsement beyond the context stated on the relevant page.

Website content, program descriptions, example configurations and these terms may be updated without prior notice. Current commercial and technical terms are established only through the applicable project review and written approvals.
